We’re looking for an HR Recruiting & Benefits Specialist who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

 

About the Role
Reporting to the Controller, you'll support recruiting, benefits, onboarding, and outreach. You’ll manage job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with benefits communication and enrollment.

 

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

·       Write job descriptions and source candidates

·       Conduct screening interviews and coordinate hiring steps

·       Track and report recruitment metrics

·       Use Predictive Index for hiring alignment

Benefits & Employee Support

·       Manage open enrollment and year-round benefits support

·       Assist with onboarding and policy communications

Outreach & Engagement

·       Build relationships with local schools and represent the company at career events

 

Requirements

·       Strong communication and organizational skills

·       Collaborative mindset and attention to detail

·       Experience in recruiting and benefits administration

·       Comfort working with leadership and cross-functional teams

·       Predictive Index experience a plus

 

Location:  Client’s Vermont manufacturing location.
