About This Opportunity

Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for managing multiple priorities and building strong relationships? We're looking for an energetic Customer Account Specialist to join our client’s Vermont Operations team!

 

In this role, you'll be the vital link between their manufacturing customers and their internal teams. You'll manage orders, track deliveries, resolve issues, and play a key part in driving their sales goals forward. What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day customer service operations including order entry, pricing, and open order reporting

  • Communicate delivery information and reconcile any discrepancies with customers

  • Maintain comprehensive records of all customer orders and correspondence

  • Track delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (production, shipping, sales)

  • Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Partner with Business Unit Managers and Field Sales to meet sales targets and forecasts

  • Manage the RMA process from initiation through resolution

  • Be the consistent, trusted point of contact for assigned accounts across both Vermont sites

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5–7 years of related experience in customer service, account management, or similar role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong time management and organizational abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneously

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and willing to work additional hours when needed

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Professional demeanor

  • Some travel required

  • Spanish fluency is a plus! 

 

This position is at our client’s Vermont manufacturing facility

Compensation based on experience, starting at $60,000.
